This course serves as an introduction to kitchen staff. Our aim is to make the students aware of the different aspects of catering and kitchen skills. Emphasis is placed on:

  • Hygiene
  • The preparation of food
  • Serving of meals
  • Laying of tables
  • Work ethics

  • Etiquette and good manners
